Jeff has over 30 years of experience in dealing with employee benefits. His knowledge and experience bring a much-needed leader to solve the complexities and challenges in providing health care in today’s employer market. He assists small and large companies in both the Privately Held and Not for Profit sectors. He works closely with Owners, the C Suite, HR Managers, Executive Directors, and Boards in assisting with innovation, cost control, compliance, and wellbeing strategies. His mission is to educate and empower employers with the right tools and resources to minimize and mitigate the risk associated with healthcare.

Jeff is the Managing Partner and Co-Owner of PWA Insurance Services. PWA is the Northern California office of the Alera Group Company. As a business owner, Jeff understands the entrepreneurial spirit. He also knows what it takes to run a successful business with its challenges and rewards.

Jeff has served in his community in many areas. He has served as an ambassador for the Sacramento Metro Chamber, served as volunteer Chaplain at Folsom Prison, as founder and past President of the Folsom BNI chapter, a Boy Scouts Leader in Troop 396, and board member and tournament director for the Sacramento Men’s Baseball League. One of his passions is playing baseball. He was a member of the 2006 38+ national Champion Sacramento Cardinals baseball team and the Manager of five local Championships in 2008, 2015, 2017- 2019.
