    Kristie is Manager, Human Resources for Alera Group and supports the HR function for the West coast. Having joined Alera via Pacific Northwest firm TRUEbenefits, LLC as their Operations and Compliance Manager, Kristie has a strong background in employee benefits and understands the complex circumstances that many of Alera’s EB firms, and their client companies, are operating within. A teacher at heart, Kristie enjoys helping people understand the, at times, frustrating and overlapping world of benefits, payroll, and human resources. Kristie graduated from the University of Washington – Bothell with a B.A. in Science, Technology, and Society. She has her PHR and CPP certifications, maintains a life and disability producer license in Washington state, and is a Myers-Briggs Certified Practitioner.
