About the Speaker

  • Kristine Hyde, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP

    HR Consultant

    Kristine Hyde has been a strategic HR professional for more than 20 years. She recently took on the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Five Star Bank. She owns a Human Resources Consulting Firm - Kristine Hyde HR Consulting - which serves clients throughout the West Coast, and US-based hotels in Mexico. She is also a Partner in 2 Drybar shops in Sacramento and Roseville. Kristine spent a decade working with professional sports teams, and has worked in media, agriculture, manufacturing and automotive industries. She joined Five Star Bank after working with them as a client for 3 years. Kristine earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Communications (double major) from the University of Southern California. She is a Board Member for Valley Farm Transport and served as the former Board President of St. Michael’s Episcopal Day School and volunteers her time and expertise to a variety of charities focused on the arts, women & children, and education throughout our community. Kristine is also a regular guest lecturer in the College of Business Administration at California State University, Sacramento.
