Alera Group Acquires Jowers-Sklar Insurance

Alera Group, a top independent, national insurance and wealth services firm, today announced the acquisition of Jowers-Sklar Insurance, an independent insurance agency specializing in Property & Casualty insurance with customers throughout Georgia and the Southeast.

Jowers-Sklar Insurance, located in Rome, GA, serves all of Floyd County and the surrounding areas, as well as clients in 16 states and counting. It offers both business and personal insurance, with specialties in equipment rental, childcare and restaurants.
